City Net is a team of nonprofit professionals who work to end street-level homelessness in an area through the coordination of community efforts & activities. It also deploys staff in direct service provision through street outreach, case management, housing navigation, & homeless census counts. City Net operates in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, and Santa Barbara County.
