Thank you for registering to post jobs to the NGEN jobs board. We allow job postings that are hourly and salary but no commission positions are accepted. I will be your point of contact for any questions you have or assistance you would like from our team that manages the job posting process and aids participating employers. Our next step is to get your job(s) posted on our job boards. Our NGEN network is a family of websites for military-affiliated job seekers. I have attached our newest user guide to help you in the process of getting your job(s) up on our boards. Please follow the instructions, they go step-by-step through the job posting process. Once you submit your job, it takes about 24 hours to post to our boards. Any NG/Reserves candidate will then have full access to reviewing your job listing. Our candidates are instructed to follow YOUR company's application process. Please be sure to include your link for application if you are wanting our candidates to directly apply using your preferred application path. We may also contact you directly with resumes and application of candidates we feel will be a great fit. As a member of our community utilizing our boards, you may be asked to provide an update on candidates that apply to your company. We will send you their resume and ask that you provide any updates on their application status. If you do hire a candidate that comes from NGEN or Vetjobs, we ask that you please let us know so that we can track their status and update the candidate’s records. In a separate email, I will send you a “Blank eLink Requisition Form” that includes the internet link you will need to access the online form. (See page 1 of User Guide for a replica of the eLink email you will receive.) Be advised, the link email may go into your spam folder. You can use this eLink for multiple postings, but it will eventually expire. Once your link has expired, please reach out to me and I will send a fresh link.
