• Hires, trains, coaches and manages staff in assigned areas to include the Youth and Family Director, Membership Coordinator and front desk team members.
• Ensures successful membership engagement, school relationships, and volunteer management.
• Responsible for developing and implementing campaigns and activities to keep members engaged and reduce attrition.
• Responds to all member and community inquiries and complaints in timely manner; effectively handles member issues and concerns.
• In partnership with Marketing, assists in the development and implementation of membership campaigns.
• Organizes membership events at the YMCA and represents the YMCA at community events to promote the YMCA.
• Analyzes data, systems and processes to recognize member usage growth and retention opportunities.
• Creates and implements new innovative activities to increase member usage and decrease attrition.
• implements innovative solutions to enhance member satisfaction.
• Develops and manages budget for assigned areas, monitoring performance against revenue and expense targets.
• Ensures proper implementation of front desk procedures. Reviews and updates desk procedures and communicates changes to staff.
• Creates and manages front desk schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to YMCA standards.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding goals in program and service enrollments, Listen 360 scores, and overall member retention.
• Participates as required by branch leadership in MOD building coverage
• Assists in YMCA fundraising activities and other special events.
