DescriptionAs a current student at Ithaca College, come join the Team in Philanthropy and Engagement as an Office Operations Assistant. The student office assistant will work collaboratively with the Philanthropy and Donor Relations team. Their direct supervisor is the assistant director of Donor Relations, Nicole Desko. The Donor Relations team will assign various projects and daily work by all the professional staff.
Responsibilities:
Processing data in our database (training provided); Assisting with event management, such as creating nametags, tracking RSVPs, gathering supplies; Scan and upload documents into CRM database; Writing notes of gratitude to Ithaca College donors; Other general office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a student at Ithaca College; Familiarity with Ithaca College campus, activities, and history; Interest in helping advance the mission of Ithaca College; Ability to speak English clearly and communicate effectively by telephone; Courteous and engaging personality; Able to present information concisely and persuasively; Able to follow directions and accurately record data/details; Good time-management skills; Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Availability:
Schedule/Hours: Office Hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 10-15 Hours a week
Pay Rate: $15.00
