1. Financial Development Support
o Assist in the planning and implementation of all association fundraising efforts to support the YMCA’s charitable mission.
o Implement marketing materials to support the annual campaign, and capital and endowment
o Responsible for stewarding donor relationships, securing gifts, and managing donor recognitions.
2. Event Coordination
o Lead the planning and execution of the Y’s fundraising events, including timelines, print materials, banquet logistics, and attendance. Oversee volunteer recruitment and coordination for key events, including the YMCA Turkey Trot.
o Assist with association-level special event planning, delivery, and logistics.
3. Grant Development
o Research and identify potential foundation and corporate funding opportunities aligned with the YMCA’s strategic goals.
o Prepare and submit grant proposals, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines.
4. Technology and Platform Management
o Manage the YMCA’s online donation platform, including campaign and event setup, and donation processing. Provide staff training.
o Administrator with grant platforms and produce reports, manage record-keeping.
5. Administrative and Clerical Support
o Provide administrative assistance to the financial development department, ensuring efficient operations.
6. Additional Duties
o Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
