As a Senior Director, Internal Communications on our Knowledge Systems team, you will be responsible for owning and taking our internal communications capability to the next level. You will set the vision for internal communications and carry out building the strategy and team to ensure Stand Together’s growing community of 1,300+ employees stay informed, inspired, engaged, and equipped with the knowledge to advance our vision.
Specifically, you will work closely with other leaders to design internal communication campaigns that communicate Stand Together’s principles, vision, and priorities. You will use inspirational storytelling to illustrate Stand Together’s impact, create content that demonstrates Stand Together’s principles in action, and develop resources to equip staff to be more effective.
