Morningstar Sustainalytics is seeking aHuman Rights subject matter expert as part of the ProductExcellence and Oversight Team. The core focus of the role is to create, as well as maintain, a Human Rights framework that can be applied across products toenhance the methodologies. This is for the flagship product Risk Rating as well as for products like the Global Standards Screening and Controversies (among others). The position will report to the Cross Product Thematic Team Lead.
Key job responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the organization, including our research, client relations and product strategy, regulatory and development teams.
