Circonomy began in 2013 to raise money for a cause. With over 55,000 Charities and NFPs in Australia, the idea began to solve donor fatigue. Our founder Yas Grigaliunas asked herself – “how do I raise money without asking people for money?”. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
We're looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and results-driven sales lead. Your natural style is to lead with relationships, and Delivering Happiness is a book that speaks to you. You are customer-obsessed, which will translate into cultivating and nurturing long term relationships with business and personal customers from our circular precincts and online.
You'll be at the forefront of our efforts to provide affordable, high-quality, and sustainable products to our customers while being a positive ambassador for the mission and impact we are creating through the work we do. You’ll need to be able to execute sales strategy as you’ll lead our circular economy precinct customer experience and sales, as well as building relationships with and engaging in sales direct to our B2B partners and customers. Ultimately, you will be involved in finding, welcoming and supporting customers, building relationships that result in Circonomy being their first choice every time.
Each day you’ll be prepping for the next, ensuring that our operations team have products ready for the floor, and the sales team is set up for success on the daily. You’ll be on the ground with the team, making sure the outlet reflects our standards, brand promises and sets us up to deliver a “wow” customer experience. You’ll be responsible for actively being on the floor, demonstrating actively the engaging nature of your own skills, leading to encouraging, inspiring, and supporting the team to connect and engage with our customers in a similar way daily.
As a champion of circularity, you'll take ownership for creating relationships with our customers through multiple channels, finding circular solutions to meet their needs. Through the sale of recommerced products, rehoming goods to community partners and working within the community – it is all critical to achieving our goals.

You are a passionate and experienced sales or account executive, with exceptional administrative strength, currently or recently working in a retail or business environment. You have reached a point where you want to have impact through the work you do, and perhaps are in a role where you have reached a ceiling in progression, motivated to find the next step in your career.
You have led initiatives or transformations in building long-term relationships with customers and community. You work methodically when faced with multiple priorities and tasks and are known as someone who demonstrates qualities that inspire positive action from those around you.
You are a naturally curious mind and a decisive problem solver, always seeking ways to do things better. A great environment for you is one where no two days are the same, allowing you to unleash your creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to solve everyday challenges.
