To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. They must have excellent written and oral skills. They must be detail oriented, and focused, yet adaptable and responsive and have excellent critical thinking skills and must work well with others. They must have database experience, with Raiser’s Edge. Must be fluent with Microsoft Office products (especially MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Edge). Must be fluent in Blackbaud, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Outlook. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Position requires working evenings and weekends on fundraising events.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- B.S. degree in accounting or equivalent job experience
- Minimum of 5+ years Raiser’s Edge experience
- 4-6+ years administrative experience
CREDENTIALS: Word processing certificate, a plus. Blackbaud certification in Raiser’s Edge NXT and Raiser Edge preferred.
