Our Buildings & Grounds Department has a Full Time 40-hour Buildings & Grounds Foreman position available in Slingerlands, NY. The Buildings & Grounds Foreman works Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Rotating on-call). Pay rate for this position is $26.95/hour. Provide advanced maintenance and oversight to Maintenance Technicians.

Qualifications:
- 18 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
- To secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC.
- At least 5 years of experience in buildings or grounds maintenance.
- Must have a strong background and demonstrate proficiency in all of the following areas: plumbing, basic carpentry, painting, basic electrical, building and equipment repair, and grounds maintenance (plowing, mowing, and/or landscaping projects).
- Must have a basic understanding of residential HVAC systems and be able to troubleshoot routine HVAC issues.
- Physical requirements: Job is a manual labor position, and employee is required to stand, lift, kneel and bend regularly throughout the day, both indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions. Employee must be able to regularly lift 50-75 pounds with or without accommodation.
