POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor Field Trainer (SFT), Organ Allocation is responsible for monitoring the DNWest’s organ allocation operations, allocation quality efforts, and identifying problems and potential areas of risk. The SFT supports and collaborates with the Manager of Organ Allocation in the implementation of internal quality measures and provides technical allocation training and support to clinical allocation personnel as needed. This individual works independently and in collaboration with the Clinical Operations Managers, Quality Systems department, Learning & Development, and Directors of Organ Operations throughout all areas to solicit staff feedback and identify potential problems in the organ allocation and distribution process.
