The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower people with physical, developmental, intellectual, mental health challenges, those who has suffered a trauma, and those at Risk to enjoy lives of dignity and purpose. We are looking for a Case Manager Mental Health Professional Employment Specialist in McHenry, IL who exemplifies that mission, and who wants to work for an organization that makes a difference.

What will you be doing?

Manage a caseload and developing a client-centered individual plan for each assigned client
Be familiar with and maintain all applicable program and agency rules and regulations
Work with a team of Employment Specialists, Case Managers, QIDP's, agency staff and local employers in developing community employment opportunities for individuals
Assist and provide support for clients with disabilities in developing positive relationships with community employers

What will you bring to the table?

At least 1 year of experience working in behavioral health or experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services, special education or related field ( Required)
Valid IL Driver's License and Auto Insurance required
