About the Opportunity
As a Chef, you will be responsible for delivering high quality food and catering services which meet the needs of our Home and our residents.
- Ensure that delicious, well-balanced and nutritional meals are planned, prepared and presented to meet the needs of residents.
- Ensure kitchen, dining room and associated equipment and crockery, meet required hygiene and compliance standards.
- Purchase and ordering of stock and equipment.
- Create and maintain an environment that ensures positive and cooperative working relationships.
About You
To be successful, you'll need:
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (essential).
- Previous experience as a Chef in Aged Care (preferred).
- Knowledge of modified diets.
