In this exclusive role as Head of Operations, you will
step into a crucial position of ensuring the seamless functioning of our client's organization while
maintaining strict compliance with all statutory obligations. Your wealth of

Key Responsibilities:
Operations : Take the lead in establishing efficient
internal processes, systems, and controls to oversee financial and operational
management. You will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres
to all regulatory and compliance requirements, maintaining the highest
standards of governance. Additionally, you will explore cutting-edge
technological solutions to optimize internal operations.
Human Resources: You will create an environment where
the organization's people and culture can thrive. By implementing HR and
performance management structures and policies, you will play a pivotal role in
attracting and retaining highly motivated and high-performing staff.
Team Management: Assemble and lead a high-performing
team dedicated to executing projects. Foster a collaborative and empowering
work environment, inspiring team members to excel in their roles and contribute
to the overall success of our client's mission.
Budgeting and Financial Planning: Assume
responsibility for managing the budgeting process and ensuring the
implementation of financial policies. Timely delivery of financial and
budgetary reports is essential to meet fiduciary obligations and maintain the
organization's reputation for fiscal responsibility.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the leadership to define
organizational goals and align them with the mission. You will engage with Board Committees will ensure prudent
stewardship of funds raised.

Requirements
·Proven track record in operations and financial
management.
·Minimum of 8 years of experience, including at
least three years in a team management role.
·Expertise in financial reporting, audit,
accounting, and budgeting.
·Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in
reporting and budgeting.
·Exceptional strategic planning and project
management skills.
·Outstanding people leadership skills, including
hiring, recruiting, coaching, and team development.
·Technical proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office,
Google Suite, and project management software.
·Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in a relevant field
(Master's degree and accounting certification are considered a plus).
