The ideal candidate must be professional and dedicated to supporting the team in building and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Key responsibilities will include overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and fostering collaboration among team members. You will be required to work every alternate Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Implement and monitor office policies and procedures
- Assist in general financial tasks
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support team collaboration
Requirements
- Required to work every alternate
Saturday
- Proficiency in written and verbal English and Afrikaans
- Typing
speed of 50 wpm
- The candidate must possess excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft professional letters, proposals, and reports.
