SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) Required, Field of Study:
Human Services can include but not limited to sociology, special education,
psychology, and criminal justice.
Experience: 1 plus years of experience working directly with individuals with a developmental
disability.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and SmartCare
Certifications &Licenses:
QIDP Certification or eligible to become a QIDP following Department of Human Services standards.
Other Requirements: Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Must obtain twelve (12) CEU's annually in order to maintain QIDP
certification.
Ability to use Phone, Fax, Copier, and file required.
Must be able to meet agency driver safety requirement of carrying
personal vehicle insurance with the following limits:
$50,000 bodily injury, each person
$100,000 bodily injury, each accident
$50,000 property damage
WORK ENVIRONMENT
General office environment. Weather and road conditions can be a factor while driving for the
position. Frequent interaction with any stakeholder within the agency (i.e. supervisors, coworkers,
clients, general public, outside agencies, etc.).
