We are currently seeking a Charity Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to fundraising campaigns, and the development of impactful sales events. This role also includes training new associates, helping to cultivate a supportive and collaborative environment.

Charity Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout events, engaging with both team members and potential donors to maximize donations.
- Clearly communicate our charity partners' core messages to inspire and increase donor contributions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines during events.
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings to enhance your knowledge of our charity partners and their missions.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of events, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
Charity Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A positive, energetic spirit, with a creative mindset and a strong drive for success.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Ability to adhere to established processes and guidelines.
- Passion for working with people and a commitment to giving back to the community.
