House Manager: Randolph , MA

WORK Inc., one of New England’s most progressive providers of services to adults with disabilities is seeking an exceptional person who is committed to work that makes life better for others.
Currently, we are looking for a seasoned House Manager who will support individuals served in their own home by promoting independence, while empowering and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
Ø Assisting in the development of maximum independence, responsibility and self-worth
Ø Integration of quality of life ideals into daily management and program development
Ø Preparation and implementation of program goals, individuals service plans, progress notes and treatment plans.
Ø Nurturing a positive relationship with individuals, families, guardians and service providers
Ø Providing for appropriate healthcare, medical and dental needs and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Ø Directly supervise a staff of direct care staff
Ø Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with WORK Inc.’s company policy and
applicable laws.
Ø Interview, hire and train employees.
Ø Planning, assigning, training and directing work.
Ø Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education Social Work, or related Field or one plus years related experience and actively enrolled in a related degree program or minimum five years’ experience.
Ø Possession of a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and an acceptable safe driving record.
