Medina Manor is conveniently located in Thornbury within the heart of Melbourne's North. About the Opportunity
As the Care Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, AN-ACC and resident care.
- Ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residents
- Developing, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans + assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plans
- Performing comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidents
- Participating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Allity policies and procedures
- Actively supervising, training and mentoring all RNs and PCAs
About You
Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience as a Manager/Coordinator within aged care
- Knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACC
- Commitment to delivering high quality care
- Solid leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.
