Position Overview : A versatile and dynamic Officer/Senior Associate to join the Founders' Office in Pune. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the Founders and senior leadership by managing various projects and coordinating across functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities, from organizing events to preparing policy briefs and facilitating workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Special Projects: Work on strategic projects critical to the organization's growth and success.
- Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Founders and senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless execution.
- Versatile Support: Apply diverse skills to tasks such as logistical arrangements, proposal writing, data analysis, event management, and other ad-hoc requirements.
- Office Coordination: Assist with office-level coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between internal stakeholders, including senior managers.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in start-ups or fast-paced environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and MS PowerPoint. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini for content development and research.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders.
