Are you passionate about making a difference? We are hiring a Job Coach to provide individualized workplace support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is vital for fostering success and independence in employment settings. Male applicants only, as specified in the Individual Support Plan.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Employment Goals: Help individuals excel in their workplace roles through direct assistance and encouragement.
- Develop Skills: Train clients in essential job tasks, time management, communication, and workplace etiquette.
- Foster Independence: Empower individuals to take on responsibilities while providing necessary support.
- Collaborate: Work with employers, coworkers, and CAS staff to promote an inclusive environment.
- Track Progress: Maintain detailed documentation of client achievements and experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Male candidates only (Individual Support Plan requirement).
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Experience in caregiving, coaching, or related fields (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required).
- Ability to pass a background check.
