Job scope
Overall, the Senior Manager's role will be
multifaceted, combining strategic thinking, leadership, and
hands-on involvement to drive the successful development,
implementation, and scaling of the digital product for financial
inclusion and resilience. This includes:

Product Development and Strategy
: The candidate will be responsible for
conceptualizing, developing, and refining the digital platform.
This includes creating a clear product strategy, defining
features, and ensuring its alignment with the foundation's
mission and goals.

Team Leadership
: Managing a team of professionals, including
developers, designers, and others, to execute the product vision.
This will involve setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring
effective collaboration within the team.

Stakeholder Engagement
: Collaborating with external partners, stakeholders,
and experts in the field of financial inclusion and literacy to
gather insights, establish partnerships, and ensure the
product's relevance and success.

Financial Inclusion Expertise
: Leveraging their background in financial literacy
and digital banking to design features and content that cater to
the specific needs of low-income individuals and promote financial
education and inclusion.

Project Management
: Overseeing the project's timeline, budget, and
resources to ensure that it stays on track and meets its objectives.

Problem Solving
: Identifying challenges and obstacles that may arise
during the project's development and finding creative
solutions to overcome them.

Monitoring and Evaluation
: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to
assess the impact and success of the digital product and
implementing systems for continuous monitoring and evaluation.

Community Engagement
: Engaging with the target community and soliciting
feedback to ensure that the product meets their needs and is
accessible to them.
Requirements
-
8+ years’ professional experience in a relevant field
including financial services, consulting, tech, or other related fields.

Experience or strong interest in financial literacy
is a must
-
Strong research and analytical abilities
-Under/Post-Graduate degree with a specialization in,
Economics, Finance, Education or any related fields.

Outstanding written English and oral communication skills
and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia preferred.
