About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our Technology & Transformation team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the crucial link between projects and stakeholders, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and successfully implemented. You will play a key role in supporting the analysis, delivery, testing, and deployment of solutions that optimise our operations and enhance the experience of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business needs to inform the delivery of solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Analyze and improve workflows to drive efficiency and operational enhancements.
Validate designs, participate in testing, and ensure solutions meet requirements and deliver expected value.
Facilitate smooth transitions by providing training and change management support.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A strong ability to analyse business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to build relationships and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Proven problem-solving abilities, with experience in diagnosing inefficiencies and developing effective solutions.
