- Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive IT experience, including Tier 2 support, hardware, software, and network management.
- Language Ability:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from internal customers and regulatory agencies.
- Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures such and apply concepts using basic math.
- Reasoning Ability:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
- Computer Skills: Advanced skills with Microsoft 365 and other common applications.

- This position primarily performs its duties indoors and is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions and/or moving mechanical parts.
