Catholic Charities' Fatima Family Center, is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and caring individual to join our Senior & Adult Program as a Program Coordinator II. In this position you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day program operations that incudes adult socialization activities, congregate meal program, and our home delivered meal program. This position will supervise a small staff and provide training, and technical assistance in pursuit of a high quality programming. This position will participate in funder and community meetings to ensure the Senior Program is represented. What You Will Do:
- Under direction, ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision and values of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland.
- Plan, implement, and coordinate appropriate program(s).
- Give work directives, resolve problems, and set deadlines for personnel to ensure sound operational functioning.
- Prepare and/or monitor proposals, reports, statistics and budgets. Seek and write proposals for the purpose of finding funding to support various activities/programs.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Three to five years of related professional experience working in programs or education with children and adults with developmental disabilities.
- LSW preferred.
- Fiscal, administrative, and supervisory experience necessary.
