Job Overview: As a DSP, you’ll play a crucial role in providing personalized support to our community members. Your compassionate care will make a lasting impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Person-Centered Companionship: Engage with people, build meaningful relationships, and create a supportive environment.

• Daily Tasks: Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, household chores, personal care, advocacy, and various other supports.

• Community Engagement: Plan and participate in activities that promote social interaction, personal growth, and community inclusion.

• Safety and Well-Being: Ensure a safe and healthy home environment.

• Note: All required training will be provided by the company, at no cost to the employee, and you will be paid for your training time.
