Position requires staff must be at least 21 years of age. Completed and cleared Live scan, criminal statement, health screening with TB test. Must undergo a one-hour training which reviews mandatory reporting requirements as per Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act (CANRA). This training takes place during pre-service orientation training and periodically thereafter.
Valid driver’s license is required for transporting youths. Any changes that occurs on your driving record must be reported immediately to your supervisor and Human Resources.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Clinical Supervisor II: Licensed Master or Doctoral Level Clinician with five to seven years’ experience, preferable but not required, working with severely emotionally disturbed youths. For the Doctoral level, a minimum of 2 years post-licensure supervisory experience as a licensed psychologist.
CREDENTIALS:
Clinical Supervisor II: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist. Must be eligible for licensure in California.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to use various computer software, Microsoft Office Suites. Bilingual in Spanish, a plus. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
LanguageSkills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to write comprehensive evaluations and progress notes/ reports on youth’s treatment goals.
