Day to day as a Community Impact Manager
As the Community Impact Manager at HWMUW, you'll engage in a variety of impactful daily tasks. You will coordinate with community partners to assess needs, develop strategic plans, and implement programs that foster desired outcomes. Regularly analyzing data and performance metrics will be key, enabling you to adjust initiatives for maximum effectiveness. You'll facilitate meetings and training workshops, while acting as a liaison between various community organizations.
Daily communication will involve reporting updates to internal teams and crafting compelling narratives to share stories. You'll also dedicate time to presenting findings to community members, leadership and our Board of Directors, and participating in outreach efforts that build awareness about community services.
