Work Experience:
- The ideal candidate has significant years of progressive experience in frontline fundraising, with demonstrable experience securing five and six figure gifts, preferably within a large national or global non-profit with affiliates or regional offices.
- Substantial management experience with success in building, retaining, motivating, and developing a high-performing fundraising team.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Work Environment:
- Willingness to travel as needed for donor meetings and events required.
- ADL is a hybrid environment; this role may require 3 days in the office.
Compensation:
- This position has a salary range of $109,000 to $189,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Washington, D.C.. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience and reflect the budget for a given position, and since ADL has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
