Trillium is the largest provider of mental and behavioral health services to young people in Oregon. This position reports to the VP of Foundation Operations.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in our fundraising efforts, focusing on generating new prospects and securing gifts of $5K or more from new and current donors, including key businesses and grant makers, to support our mission of providing mental and behavioral healthcare services to children and families across Oregon. Some travel is involved with a focus on Portland, Corvallis, and Bend, along with an emerging/expanding focus on central Oregon.
Location: Portland
Salary: $87,450 - $96,000 (depending on experience)
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Proven track record of fundraising success, exceptional relationship-building skills, and passion for making a difference to Trillium Family Services
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, utilizing diverse strategies such as prospect research, face-to-face meetings, and collaborative fundraising initiatives. Possesses in-depth knowledge of Computer skills, word processing and data entry skills, and spreadsheet software. Proficiency in donor database software, preferably Raiser’s Edge. Major gift fundraising best practices, maintains accurate donor records in Raiser’s Edge NXT, and engages in continuous learning to stay updated industry trends and innovations.
