Job Description

Asbury Methodist Village is Asbury’s largest Life Plan Community and has an exciting opportunity to join our team and support our strategic plan and continued growth!

The Philanthropy Gift Coordinator (PGC) will be responsible will be responsible for implementing the Foundations comprehensive development strategy that includes collaborating with other major gift directors and the development operation team members. The PGC will help manage annual fund donors as well as a portfolio of prospects who are capable of mid-level giving. The PGC will provide administrative support and management of gift and acknowledgement processing.

Full Time, 40 hours weekly
$60,000k - $63,000k annually

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Oversee stewardship of the Foundations Giving Societies through visits, communication and special events.
Manage community annual fund donors as well as a portfolio of prospects who are capable of mid-level giving.
Participation in donor MOVES management process including identification, qualification, cultivation, face to face solicitation, stewardship, and recognition to expand our relationships with donors.
Supports Specific Purpose Funds utilization and donor stewardship of the funds.
Administrative support and management of gift and acknowledgement processing alongside of the Director of Development Operations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-3 years proven fundraising experience or related field.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Relevant work experience in lieu of degree accepted.
Experience in Raiser’s Edge database, or similar.
