Job Description Summary:
The Manager, Corporate Communications and Social Impact, is responsible for the design and execution of an integrated communication strategy that align with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives. In close collaboration with the Director, Communications and Public Affairs, this position will focus on the company’s social impact, sustainability, and cause marketing agenda, leading its flagship partnerships, campaigns, and related communications plans. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in corporate communications and social impact, a mission and results-driven mindset, and working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications
- Develop and execute an integrated communications and PR strategy to promote the corporate brand through strategic media relations, press pitches, and innovative campaigns.
- Support executive communications and thought leadership to amplify the company's visibility as an industry leader.
- In collaboration with cross-functional teams, secure earned media and support the advancement of the brand narrative and storytelling around its value proposition and culture.
- Ideate, draft, and edit corporate press releases and copies related to corporate events, news, awards, social impact campaigns, and accolades to be implemented across key communications channels.
- Oversee crisis communications and develop contingency plans to effectively manage potential issues or crises that affect brand reputation and integrity.
Social Impact and Sustainability
- Design and execute the company's flagship social impact partnerships and cause marketing campaigns at national and global levels to deliver on its commitment to sustainability and social impact.
- Develop and manage signature employee volunteer programs and/or giving campaigns, including the commemoration of key dates such as Earth Day, Giving Tuesday, etc.
- Cultivate and promote positive relationships with NGOs, nonprofits, and community organizations to advance the company’s impact around key social causes.
- In collaboration with cross-functional teams, support the development of key communications assets related to corporate sustainability strategies and targets.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Support the data analysis and reporting around annual progress for sustainability and social impact, ensuring quality and accuracy of data across all teams, partners, and global offices.
- Employ data-driven approaches to measure the success of the company’s communications strategy, leveraging analytics tools to refine strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze coverage of company and industry trends and best practices, including around social impact and cause marketing, to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience in creating various types of content
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing corporate social responsibility initiatives and cause marketing campaigns
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels of the organization
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience in managing confidential information with discretion and integrity

The anticipated compensation range is
69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
