Summary of Responsibilities:
This position has line authority over assigned residential programs and will be required travel to Central Pennsylvania on a weekly basis. The Associate Director is responsible for assuring the quality and effectiveness of assigned programs and the delivery of Individual Support Services to the supported Individuals throughout our Residential Programs. The incumbent will manage Residential Programs and ensure the execution of the Individual Support Plan(s) to support individual choice (of our supported Individuals) while ensuring the health, welfare and safety of our Individuals and the staff. This position is accountable to the Residential Director throughout Pennsylvania for:
- Health and Safety.
- Overall responsibility of assigned caseload to include operation and human resources.
- Liaison with internal ancillary teams: Human Resources, Clinical, Fiscal, Incident Management and Property Management/Maintenance.
- Liaison with County and State Officials; maintaining Licensure Standards.
- Conducting and maintaining Quality Control Standards.
- Implementation and Program growth.
- Responsibility for fiscal control, managing overtime and supporting corrective measures to ensure compliance and minimizing risk to the staff and our Individuals.
- Supervision of Senior Program Specialist, Senior Team Facilitators and Program Manager.
The Associate Director provides oversight and leadership for the management team and operation of programs for our employees, our Individuals, and their families. This position ensures the efficient management of CI’s programs and services. The position monitors the fiscal, regulatory, and programmatic viability of all programs assigned under their scope of responsibility and assures the quality of services provided, the competence of staff providing services, and the community support of all programs throughout Southeastern and Central Pennsylvania.
As this position is a key member of the Leadership Team and will provide oversight for assigned programs that are critical to the success of the Agency Mission, the ability to work collaboratively is essential.
