What You Will Do
- Partner with our Board to develop and execute organizational vision and strategy
- Drive fundraising initiatives spanning grants, donor relationships, and new funding sources
- Build and inspire a mission-driven team focused on excellence and humanity
- Oversee all aspects of operations to ensure programmatic impact and financial sustainability
- Serve as our primary spokesperson and relationship builder with key stakeholders
- Lead infrastructure planning to support strategic growth
- Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile
You are a hands-on leader who:

- Demonstrates genuine commitment to community empowerment
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus!
Basic Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field (MPA or PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of proven success in nonprofit leadership roles
- Track record of securing and growing diverse funding streams
- Experience building strategic partnerships
- Ability to be onsite in Bronx, NY
