Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to clients during in-person interactions.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and offer information about available services and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of services and a smooth client experience.
- Assist in outreach efforts and help raise awareness about our programs and services within the community.
- Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere by engaging with clients in a respectful and empathetic manner.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
- Contribute to team goals and collaborate on continuous improvement of service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service,nonprofit, or charity setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
