Job Summary: This is a duo role. The System Manager portion is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the iCare Manager system, ensuring the accuracy of the information in the system and approvals, training new hires on iCare usage, and providing supervision and support to the system as directed by the Director of Quality Enhancement. The Recruiter portion will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to setting up interviews for hiring managers. A successful person will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Also, be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate records and promoting efficient administrative processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities for the Recruiter:
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to Paycom/ Indeed/colleges etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities for System Manager:
iCare System Oversight:
• Monitor and manage the iCare system on a daily basis.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of attendance data.
• Provide oversight of documentation in iCare
• Review and approve attendance records in accordance with organizational policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the iCare system.
Training and Onboarding:
• Provide training to new hires on how to use the iCare system effectively.
• Create training materials and resources for iCare users.
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to staff members using iCare.
Supervision and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the Director of Quality Enhancement to implement iCare-related initiatives and improvements.
• Work closely with other departments to streamline data entry and reporting processes.
• Work with Quality Enhancement to make sure Person Center Plans (PCP) are entered into iCare correctly.
Data Integrity and Reporting:
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data stored in the iCare system.
• Generate reports and analytics as required by management or regulatory agencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Work with the Finance Department to make sure data related to billing in iCare is accurate.
