The New Altitude Customer Service Liaison will be the guide and face of New Altitude’s fast-paced and diverse environment. In this in-person, full-time role, you will have endless possibilities for growth and impact. Your mission is to ensure New Altitude’s members have everything they need, are well-cared for, and are equipped with the tools for success.
As the Customer Service Liaison, you will also play a crucial role in keeping leadership organized and on track, ensuring smooth operations and a collaborative atmosphere where everyone enjoys their coworking experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Welcoming Ambassador: Put people first. Create a tone of friendliness & warmth. Pay attention to every interaction, including your own non-verbal communication, and be sure you’re setting a tone of friendliness, warmth, patience, and helpfulness.
- Tour Guide: Showcase the features and benefits of our coworking space through engaging tours. Guide visitors highlighting the unique aspects of New Altitude with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Room Reservation Specialist: Assist individuals in reserving rooms seamlessly. Prepare conference rooms daily, ensuring they are meticulously set up for those who have made reservations, and that technology is working properly.
- Supply Coordinator: Take charge of ordering essential items, ensuring our members have everything they need and ensure supplies are replenished promptly.
- Furniture Handling and Safety: Safely move office furniture without causing damage, ensuring all items are handled with care and precision.
- Communication Specialist: Handle incoming calls with grace and professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and assistance. Be the friendly voice on the other end, helping callers with their inquiries and needs.
- Inclusive Collaborator: Work comfortably with disabled staff at the front desk, stocking items, and delivering mail.
- Database Management: Take charge of the coworking database, inputting and maintaining accurate data in the CRM system to ensure up-to-date records and that every interaction is recorded.
- Website Management: Update and maintain website content, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is displayed. Work closely with the Director of Operations to implement regular website updates and improvements. Ensure website consistency in terms of design, branding, and user experience.
- Financial Reconciliation: Collaborate with Director of Operations to reconcile budgets on a regular basis. Assist in analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies & trends.
- Mail Patrol Agent: Safeguard the mail and efficiently distribute incoming correspondence. Handle packages with care and ensure they reach the intended recipients promptly and securely.
- Organization Virtuoso: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment to enhance atmosphere. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure aesthetic enhancements align with the building’s narrative and branding.

- Maintain fluency and expertise with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite 365, including the use of SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Excel daily, as well as other new technology platforms.

Job Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum Work Experience: Two years customer service experience in any environment.
Material and Equipment Directly Used: Computers/tablets, Printers, Copy Machines, Cell phones/telephone, Cloud based systems and software, etc.
Working Environment: Office, community, commercial properties, and interaction with virtual work environments. Frequent and continual standing, sitting, walking, reading, and writing occur with this position.
Physical Activities: Requires physical stamina. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to push and pull heavy objects using appropriate equipment, such as dollies or hand trucks of up to 50 pounds. Must follow proper lifting techniques to avoid injury, including bending at the knees and keeping the load close to the body.
