Princeton View located in Brighton East, and built on the St John of God Hospital site, our Home offers all levels of permanent, respite and palliative care whilst encouraging independence and lifestyle choices that suit the needs of every individual.
About the Opportunity
Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.
- Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs
- Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
- Establish positive relationships with residents
About You
To be successful, you'll need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individualised Support or equivalent
- Commitment to work various hours with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members
The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of two COVID-19 Vaccinations are required.
