Hello Neighbor is seeking a Stabilization Programs Manager to lead and oversee the Preferred Communities programming on the Stabilization team in the Health & Stabilization Department. This role is responsible for supervising case managers and case aides across the programs, maintaining programmatic quality assurance, and ensuring the effective delivery of services aligned with Hello Neighbor’s values. This position requires prior refugee resettlement or immigrant case management experience in the U.S., the ability to work with diverse populations, and a demonstrated capacity to manage crises, work independently, and solve problems efficiently while fostering a collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about building systems and programs to improve the lives of refugees and immigrants.
