This is a remote position.
A technology driven person who loves working with Microsoft Sharepoint.
We're looking to develop a Sharepoint Site to be our internal communication tool as well as managing & delivering our internal volunteer training. We're looking for someone who has some experience working with & customising Sharepoint.
Initially our priority is to setup Sharepoint as a LMS (Learning Management System), which we've made a start on. Putting together the framework & steps to allow other members of the team to add the training material. This is a fantastic opportunity to really make a lasting difference to our charity.
There is also a great opportunity for many quick wins, features that we can implement within Sharepoint to overcome some of our more manual processes

You'll be guided by the Technology Team Leader and coached by the charity trustees in every aspect of the role.
RESPONSIBILITES OF ROLE
- Create a training portal with a learning framework
- Convert existing training assessments in Google forms to use Sharepoint forms
- Coach the Crew team on how to add their training material
- Look for opportunities within the operations for small improvements
- Keep the Leadership Team updated on the plan & progress made
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint customisation
- Ideally experience in sharepoint development
- Self motivated
- Attend a weekly online meeting with your team
