Our Crew Team is all about ensuring the event runs smoothly & safely. The Crew are a group of approximately 100 volunteers that are responsible for the running of the event day. It's imperative they are well-trained, informed and prepared to help the 800 other volunteers know exactly what to do and when.
As part of the Crew Team, you'll assist in writing, developing & delivering trainnig to all the crew to ensure they are well prepared in advance of the event.

RESPONSIBILITES OF THE CREW TEAM
- Develop a recruitment & onboarding process that harnesses technology to minimise the workload
- Create detailed training material for each role within crew
- Devise a plan on how to train & assess Crew in advance of the day
- Harness the power of online learning to develop a platform that can be used year after year
- Map out the crew roles & responsibilities needed to ensure all volunteers know what their doing
- Ensure sufficient crew are recruited & attend to cover the planned roles
- Manage the crew on the event day to ensure the plan is executed as planned
Requirements
- Someone who loves to prepare & plan
- Good at either designing, writing or delivering training
- To organise others in a warm & inspiring way
- Believes in online training & assessment as a way to set people up for success
- Self motivated
- Attend your team's weekly online meeting
