This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization, primarily through administrative tasks and coordination efforts, both remotely and occasionally on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting memos, preparing documents, and handling various administrative tasks.
- Manage the procurement of necessary supplies for our group homes and office.
- Maintain accurate records by taking detailed minutes during meetings, including board meetings.
- Handle incoming mail by scanning and distributing as required.
- Reconcile Visa bills with corresponding receipts and ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist with the completion of various forms and Ministry surveys.
- Contribute to the preparation of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other events.
- Support interview processes within the organization.
- Extract and compile reports from various data systems.
- Coordinate meetings, including board meetings and events.
- Assist with travel and conference bookings as needed.
Hours:
This position is part-time, with an initial commitment of 60 hours per month.
