The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for directly supervising clinical therapists in the department (employees and contractors) through leadership, management, and holding the team accountable for assigned data and tasks. The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the development and evaluation of the outpatient clinical service providers. This position works independently and demonstrates solid leadership and clinical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Business Operations: fulfills assigned responsibilities related to the Entrepreneurial Operating System.
- Provides comprehensive supervision for up to ten Mental Health Counselors (MHCs).
- Monitors and ensures Mental Health Counselors (MHCs) meet their required clinical hours and oversees timely submission of clinical notes and documentation.
- Implements and maintains systems for tracking contractor performance metrics.
- Leads the hiring process for new MHC contractors, including screening, interviewing, and New Contractor Forum (NCF).
- Develops and implements strategies to attract and retain high-quality mental health professionals.
- Works in collaboration to assign cases/referrals to contractors and service providers within 24 hours of receipt.
- Maintains consistent communication with all team members, ensuring a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Actively contributes to the development, implementation, and evaluation of Relinquishment Counseling programs.
- Participates in the review and implementation of departmental and agency-wide documents and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all client file documentation as per regulations and standards.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations from referring agencies, governing bodies, and regulatory entities.
- Coordinates therapy services across assigned cases, collaborating with staff involved in youth and family care. Provides comprehensive oversight of mental health needs for assigned youth, offering recommendations and follow-up as necessary
- Conducts training sessions for new therapists on confidentiality laws, ethics, and pertinent mental health care topics.
- Ensures timely and ethical compliance with all clinical records, including thorough documentation of supervision sessions.
- Accurately documents and reports all critical incidents to the department director.
- Provides support and consultation throughout the workday and after hours for crisis situations.
- Shares on-call responsibilities for after-hours emergencies and mental health needs as needed.
- Collaborates effectively within treatment teams.
Qualifications:
- Full Clinical Licensure required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), licensed in Colorado DORA registration.
- Two or more years of experience supervising staff or equivalent working experience in a supervisor role preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience providing direct services to children.
- Experience providing mental health services in the community is preferred.
- Advanced computer, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work an open and flexible schedule to meet assigned staff, client, and program needs, including some holidays, nights and weekends.
- Ability to maintain healthy emotional and physical boundaries in personal and professional relationships
- Ability to work with sensitivity to the cultural and/or socioeconomic diversity of the agency’s clients and staff.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and trust.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance with the ability to travel on behalf of the organization.
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
