You'll be guided by the Technology Team Leader and coached by the charity trustees in every aspect of the role.
RESPONSIBILITES OF TECHNOLOGY TEAM
- Review & propose suitable technology to automate processes
- Work with the Marketing & Communications team to help them update the website
- Design & build a system/process to match recipients to drivers
- Test systems required for the event for reliability & capacity
- Co-ordinate & liaise with the Charities team to ensure nominations can be matched to drivers
- Keep the Leadership Team updated on the plan & progress made
Requirements
- Someone that loves to see technology used to automate process & reduce workloads
- Experience in a technology environment
- Ideally experience with Wordpress websites
- Ideally experience with the Zoho "ecosystem" or a willingness to learn
- Plan & track the timeline for delivering the necessary technology
- A logical & process driven thinker
Self motivated
- Attend a fortnightly online meeting with your team
- Ideally will have attended the event before
