I. PROGRAM SUMMARY:
PACE Energy and Environmental Services serves low income families and individuals across Los Angeles through outreach, energy & environmental conservation education, weatherization services, and utility bill assistance. We do this in collaboration with our community partners: the State of California Department of Community Services & Development, Southern California Gas Company, Los Angeles Department of Water & Power, and Southern California Edison. These programs provide utility bill assistance and installation of energy saving measures to help improve the energy efficiency, safety, and comfort of eligible homes. The new employee will be hired under a contract between PACE and the State of California Department of Community Services and Development (CSD) and other funding agencies to implement programs of Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Department of Energy (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) and other programs as needed.

The Energy and Environmental Services Department is seeking a motivated PROGRAM & CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST to join the team. This position may also be referred to as "Home Data Tracking Specialist" internally and interchangeably. The individual will work closely with the Field Operations Supervisor, other staff, and subcontractors to perform the following duties:
