St. Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring for a per diem Cook

Cook Job Responsibilities:

Menu Review: Review menus prior to food preparation.
Diet Adjustments: Process diet changes and new diets as received from the nursing supervisor when necessary.
Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals that are both palatable and visually appealing.
Compliance: Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations and our established policies and procedures.

Requirements

HS diploma or GED preferred, or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
Must have knowledge of sanitary procedures
Working every other weekend is a requirement
Prior food service experience is required;
ServSafe Certification is preferred.
