What You’ll Do:
Lead and grow community programs that align with the Family YMCA of Greater Augusta’s mission and make a real impact.
Hire, train, and inspire an incredible team of staff and volunteers.
Drive membership growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
Manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability for programs.
Cultivate strong relationships with community partners.
What We’re Looking For:
A motivated and visionary leader with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
A people-person who can connect with diverse communities and inspire teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
Tech-savvy with experience in standard business software.
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to get one within 45 days).
