Program Manager
- Make a genuine impact in
a leading not-for-profit organisation
- Lead professional
learning programs for the early childhood sector
- Supportive culture and
flexible, hybrid working
For 85 years, Gowrie Victoria has been at the forefront of
high-quality early learning. Gowrie is known as a place for demonstrating
high-quality early learning and translating this into practical professional
learning for the early childhood sector. Generations of educators have learnt
and developed their practice at Gowrie.
As part of our new strategic plan, we are in an exciting
period of innovation and development, which includes building a new learning
platform and creating ambitious new blended learning programs for teachers and
educators.
Due to growth in the number and scale of programs, we are
seeking a new manager to join the team to lead existing and new adult learning
programs, and to manage a team of mentors. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the ECEC sector
and the learning and development needs of our workforce, strong leadership
skills and experience of end-to-end program management.
At Gowrie, our strength is our culture. It is built on a
foundation of genuine curiosity. We encourage our people to ask questions, be
reflective and bring their authentic selves to work. Does this sound like the
place for you?
