We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior CPA Auditor Manager to join our diverse team. This client-facing role involves working with nonprofit organizations (NPOs) to ensure financial compliance, conduct audits, and provide strategic advice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct financial audits for NPOs and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve financial issues.
- Provide strategic advice to improve NPO financial processes.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Participate in special projects and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation required.
- Senior-level audit experience, preferably with NPOs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong client management skills.
