As a Direct Support Professional, you will work in both Specialized Habilitation and Community Connections.

This person supports adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in accessing a wide variety of community activities, focusing on the interests and preferences of the individuals receiving services including work and learning opportunities.
Roundup Fellowship’s Specialized Adult Day Program emphasizes on the importance of promoting independence through the development of daily living skills, social skills, domestic skills, and integration into the community through curriculum-based activities that supports individual choice while promoting independence and self-worth.

Benefits begin at first of the following month after completing a full 30 days of employment (i.e. start date 4 January 2025, benefits initiate 1 March 2025).
Pay Range: $20.32 – $24.65 an hour based off experience with adults.
Shift: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist program participants with daily living activities (e.g., hygiene, meals).

Drive participants to community activities in agency vehicles.

Maintain a safe, clean environment and assist with medication and gastrostomy-tube feeding.

Implement Individual Service and Support Plans, document progress, and facilitate goal-oriented activities.

Promote appropriate social interactions and address challenging behaviors.

Adhere to trauma-informed care principles and provide a supportive environment.

Participate in training, quality improvement processes, and team collaboration.
